Refund Eligibility
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If you’ve previously had an account with BlueRibbon Solution, canceled, and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) will void your rights under this refund policy.
Non-Refundable Products and Services
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, there are no refunds for any fees (including administrative fees and/or taxes) on the following products or services:
- Dedicated Services & API Purchaes
- VPS Hosting & Setup Charges
- Additional Products or Services such as UI/UX design, Digital Certificates, Development, Licenses, and custom software installation fees
Cancellation Process
You may terminate or cancel the services via your control panel. If you cancel the services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued before the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your account, your access to the control panel will be suspended, and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the services purchased until the end of your prepaid term.
Please note that if you have pending orders outstanding on your account at the time you cancel your account, we will continue to process those orders as long as your account has sufficient funds to cover the charges. If we are unable to fulfill any order, the charges for such orders will be reversed, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
Refund Process
If our services do not meet your expectations or do not function properly, you may request a refund within 7 days of activating your hosting account. Refund requests must be made through our support ticket system.
Refund Policy Specifics
- Refunds are only applicable to Managed Shared Hosting plans and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be credited to your bank account or payment method within 7 working days.
- No refunds are provided for VPS, Dedicated Servers, Clusters, Add-ons, Licenses, Extra IPs, or Domain Names.
- Purchases made with promotional codes are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be granted if the service has been used to violate our TOS.
- Sales during special promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are final unless there is an error on our part.
Jurisdiction
All matters related to this refund policy will be governed by the laws of Surat, Gujarat.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be in Surat, Gujarat.
