Information you share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, budget and message. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the role you selected and your PDF resume. Please do not include identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry or application.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand your request and respond to you. We use application details to review your interest in the selected role and communicate about recruitment. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and service providers
Form records are stored in our MongoDB Atlas database. Resumes are stored separately in private file storage and are not published as website assets. Hosting and database providers process information as part of operating these services. Server infrastructure may also record technical request information for operation and security.
Cookies and external links
The public website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Links to social networks and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Public fonts and images are served with the website.
Questions and requests
Contact contact@blueribbonsolution.com if you want to ask about information you submitted, correct it or request its deletion. Include enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry or application, but do not send passwords or identity documents. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
